Who this is for. Who it isn't.

The PDF is for everybody. The cohort is narrow on purpose. I'd rather have 10 founders I can actually move than 100 who skim the calls.

What's in the room

Cohort mechanics, in plain English.

  • 4 live group calls — Saturdays, 90 minutes each, recorded. We walk through the week's build, group code review, working through stuck points together. Same energy as a study group, just with a forcing function.
  • Private Discord, direct access — async questions get answered same-day during the cohort. No ticketing, no support tier, just a channel.
  • PR review on your stack — push code, get notes, ship the fix. The fastest way to internalize the patterns is to see them in your own repo.
  • Working system at the end — week 4 is a live demo. If your build isn't running by then, that's a failure on my side and I keep working with you until it is.
  • The follow-up cohort discount — anyone who wants to come back for a second build (different workflow, different business, whatever) gets half off.
  • The PDF, in motion — every pattern from the free breakdown is something we actually wire up live. No hand-waving, no "as you can see in the diagram."
On price: the waitlist gets the number first, before the public page goes live. I'm calibrating it against what's fair for 4 weeks of direct, capped-cohort access plus PR review — not "what would a course cost." If it's a no, you're off the list with one click.
Faq

Questions you've probably got.

When does cohort 01 start?

Dates lock once the waitlist hits the seat cap or close to it. Probably mid-June. Waitlist gets the calendar invite 7 days before the public page goes up.

Will the calls be recorded?

Yes, for your reference. But this isn't a video course. The room is the value. If you can't make Saturdays at all, the cohort isn't the right fit and the PDF is still free.

What if I'm not technical?

You need to be able to read code and run commands, or have a developer in the room with you. The cohort moves fast because everyone in it is already shipping. If you need to learn how to code from zero, this isn't the format.

Can I get 1-on-1 instead?

Yes, but it's a different conversation. Email me directly — malone.jaylon@gmail.com — with what you'd want to build and I'll send back what 1-on-1 looks like.

What's the refund policy?

Full refund any time before the first call. After call 1, no refund — but if your system isn't running by the end of week 4, I keep working with you (no extra cost) until it is.
